BNSF Business Train in the Pac NW?

Sorry about the delay in getting this question out there, but was there a 4-car BNSF Business Train in the Northwest last week? I spotted this east of Wishram on the morning of 5/24, westbound. It was pulled by a sparkling clean unit number 6695 or 6895; I was a bit distant to get a good read. The rear car looked like the Skagit River which I've seen with a track measurement train in the past.
