Effective 1000 on June 2, 2012:

Add new universal crossovers at West Sacramento.
Delete CP RV988 - Eastward movements over I Street Bridge will be
authorized by signals at West Sacramento (CP RV087). Westward
movements will be authorized by signals at Sacramento (CP RV088).

Eastward signals at West Sacramento moved 500 feet west of previous
location.

Westward signals on Trk.1 moved 500 feet east and westward signals on
Trk.2 moved 300 feet east of previous locations.
