New So Cal Local Updates

New updates are posted for those following local So Cal Freight.

These updates include a final solving of the vexing YWC80/YWC86 question of why the two trains seem to do the same thing (turns out they use the same power each day so many YWC80 sightings were actually YWC86). There are also two new rail tractors and a clarification on the YLZ71R.
