Olympian article is dated June 28, 2010; still a good article. Are the 400 center-beam cars still being stored or have they returned to service like the ones that were stored on the Wallowa-Union RR?
At least two years storage of 7 miles of container cars seems like a pretty large loss for whoever is paying the construction loan.
