Lessee, they have to go over the UP from WVJ down thru Castroville and install a new switch at the branch to get onto the rails and then rebuild the entire branch which ends in the Costco parking lot in Sand City, not Monterey, and oh yes, retrofit the bridge over the Salinas River.
