The feeling I get when I visit WRM is one of "Don't bother me..... I'm playing trolley here" I've gotten better attention at Home Depot. Actually, the last time I visited, the guy running the gift shop smelled like he spent several days prior on a really serious drunk and was lucky to be standing. Some polishing of the people and how they approach the patrons will go a long way toward the survival of the operation.
