I was up at Spencer on Sunday when they brought the locomotives up from the yard to the museum. Word was they were supposed to come out at 2:30 but if I remember correctly they didn't show up until around 5:00. They came in two sets of 10. Due to other commitments I only got to see the first 10. They were beautiful: led by the NYC unit. Amazingly all units were running. NS did a bang up job. Word went out over the radio to take it slow so all of the railfans could get their shots. It was over 100 degrees and humid but well worth it! Probably a once in a lifetime opportunity!
