Mt. Emily Lumber Shay No. 1 with a Log Train

I was a participant in one of Martin Hansen's photo specials this weekend, featuring the Mt. Emily Lumber Co. Shay, out of Prineville, OR. I hadn't been to Prineville since the late '70's and it was interesting to see how some of the communities have grown in the region, as has industry and agriculture.
