What about 3751?

There are many metro areas, particularly those east of the Mississippi River which have not had any mainline steam in over 20 years - Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus (OH), Cincinnati, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, Baltimore, Rochester, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Montreal and Halifax. This year's NS steam will take care of some of these cities, but from this easterner's perspective, you Southern Californians have done pretty well with 3751.

Additionally, while 844 has not been to Los Angeles since 1991, you got 3985 in 2000.
