Well, Gee, Wally...it looked like Superliner equipment. I was driving across town, and it went by Draper St. pretty quick. I caught a glimpse of it, not a good study. Sorry about that.

Deadheading can mean any non-revenue move, including crew members. I've 'deadheaded' work trains, too. It's probably a regional term? Like Helpers out west and Pushers back east?

MG42, Where I work we don't deadhead power. It's either: on line, isolated DIT or DIC. Try not to look for flyshit in the pepper, you'll strain yourself.
