NTSB preliminary report on Goodwell, OK, collision [link]

The NTSB has released a preliminary report on the recent head-on collision between two UP trains near Goodwell, OK, on the former Rock Island / SP "Cotton Rock" line.

Note that the NTSB is reporting slightly different speeds from what UP had previously reported.
