Up until the '90s, with the advent of solenoid-based actuators, airhorns could be quilled. Even the most modern of Amtrak's fleet, the Surfliner, have quillable horns due to a mechanical actuation system as opposed to an electronic solenoid.

Also a Mikado is a 2-8-2. A 2-6-2 is a Prairie-class. I lol'd a bit 'bout this.
