PNW shortline trip

Hello all,

I am going to be in the Portland, Oregon area for the first time in several
years next week and am hoping to get some time in trackside. There are a few shortlines
that I am very interested in seeing in operation.

I am hoping someone can help me with the following lines operating schedules.
Info regarding days of operation, time on duty, work limits of specific trains,
radio frequencies, good photo locations, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

In no particular order:

- Albany & Eastern (Sweet Home & Mill City lines)
- Wilamette Valley (Woodburn to Stayton)
- Weyerhaeuser Woods Line (noe operated by Patriot Rail)
- Tacoma Rail (Mountain Division & Capital Division)
