Losing money to defend this rediculous lawsuit.

Their contenion that NCRA by breaking it up in to sections violated California enviromental law. Tha ignores the many historical sections the railroad were in, Caltrans never considers the whole highway/freeway when doing projects, the area rebuilt is entirely own by SMART thus would of been rebuilt in sections anyhow, and trails are allowed to be designed/built in sections while fully acknowledging they are intended to be part of a whole system.

This lawsuit has the manure piled so high, you need a boat. Forget the waders.
