Another angry conservative opined: "(of course we all know that the media never-ever gets it wrong, lies, or leaves stuff out)" - then mentioned Ben Franklin for historical legitimacy(?)

Who cares what some media thinks? Expand your mind. Go to many sources for information, news, wisdom, philosophy.

The script: If someone disagrees with the other, the other must be lying and are part of a secret or "in your face" organization whose only purpose is to keep the common, obscure citizen down, while suppressing their opinion through print/voice and snuffing out consumerism and low gas-mileage with science (which is not really based on science because a scientist presented it(?) while encouraging the wearing of paisley).

It's a ridiculous, paranoid and delusional skit. It's not political - it's nuts; like standing on a street corner wearing a "The End is Near" A-board around your neck back in the '60's.

Again; meds, family, counseling, exercise are all good options to help purge the futility and hopelessness so many have wrapped themselves in and begin to live without fear and an overwhelming sense of doom.

What are the positive rewards for being angry, bitter, envious and fearful? How will those negative attributes unite the nation and make us a better society?

(I raise your ad hominem with 2 straw men, Godwin's Law, 4 Ochams Razors and a blue sardine all with no links)
