Although 29 has about 48,000 lbs. t.e. and 4960 has 58,000 lbs. or so, they are now rated at essentially the same tonnage to the Canyon. 29 benefited more from the Lempor exhaust conversion than 4960 did. Note the odd taper on the stack.
Also, 4960 trails a big tender that when fully loaded, weighs 155 tons, just as much as 4960 herself.
