Ed, I am guessing that you are referring to the video labeled "
FEPSA Little Joe Video" showing the double-end units pulling passenger trains. Despite the video's label, those are
not "Little Joes" - the 5 that the Paulista bought of the 20 built in 1946-47. MILW bought 12 and South Shore bought 3.
I believe that Paulista also had other electrics that resembled the New Haven EP-4 and these are the ones pictured in this video. Here is a link with more information on them:

A little more digging produced this picture of FEPASA 6451.

Now, that is a genuine "Joe". Apparently Paulista became privatized as the FEPASA in 1998 and then it soon unraveled. I don't know if any of their 5 Little Joes survive today. Likely not.
