Boy Scouts in Dunsmuir Yard

I found UP's Boy Scout Unit sitting in Dunsmuir Yard this afternoon. It's is leading "The Firefighters Education & Training Foundation safety Train". It looks like its going to send the night in the yard before heading to some unknown destination. This is the first time I ever saw this train whats the story behind it?
