The Royal Canadian Pacific passenger train was out in all of its glory this weekend, stopping in Fernie, B.C. on Saturday, Aug. 25. The train was being chartered by some fishermen and was on its way to Cranbrook for the night.
I was railfanning on CP's Cranbrook Subdivision for the day and was about to head home when I heard talk of "passenger 4107 west." I decided to stay and it was a good thing I did. Here's a shot of it rolling through Elko -
