Just yesterday, Sept. 2nd, I spotted a brand new string of red well cars on the dead - end line heading Compass West out of Gerlinger towards Dallas, OR. The line over Rex Hill had no stored equipment that could be seen from Hwy.99W. Perhaps the cars in Dallas were moved from Rex Hill to re - open the line for something ???
