Powder River Coal To Canada

I know of a weekly train to Roberts Bank for export. There was a loaded NB BNSF coal train in Brownsville, BC this morning (Tue). What gives?

This train must have overshot the mark by a couple of miles. There is no easy way to back down the mainline eight miles to go back to the port. Was the yard at the port too congested? Derailment maybe? There is no other facilities to dump the rotaries in Vancouver. Couldn't be interchange because the new logo coal cars are the same type already in use on CN and CP.

Maybe it was used to "tamp" the new siding being installed at Colebrook. BTW, does it have a name yet?
