Part ll is pretty damn funny, and maybe after another glass of vino I can spell privatized. When I worked for the government I had to travel "scum class" just to justify the use of AMTRAK. The banana and clean hay could actually make you money if you could get the AMTRAK fare far enough below the airlines. The clerks who processed my travel used to tear their hair out because they had to cut me a per diem check for the difference between airfare and AMTRAK. Go figure????????? The "scummier" I got, the more money I made.
