Farewell to Mogul, Nevada

From SD's to F and E-units,to P42's, Mogul, Nevada has been one of my favorite photo spots for westbound trains in the morning hours. In the past few years, the property to the right of the track has been sold for development although only minor road grading has been done. Each time I shoot a train here, I wonder if it will be the last time it will look like this and so it was last Tuesday, September 25th, with the passing of UP #844 on its way to California.
