Both photos were taken in Oregon, the first shows former West Side Lbr. Shay 8. She spent some time stored at Banks on the property of the Vernonia, South Park and Sunset Steam Railroad but never operated there.
The second shows former Mt. Emily Lbr. Co, 80-3 Shay 1, likely stored in Portland where she sat near Union Staion for awhile before being leased to the Cass Scenic Ry. in West Virginia. She now calls Prineville, OR home.
