Yes, by all appearances O&NW never repainted the Alcos during their years in Hines. They look the same here as they do in the few color photographs I've seen of them in service out of Bend.
Second off, Craig- the #101 is still around today. Longview Fibre Company replaced the original prime mover with a Cummings diesel engine in 1979. Lonview Fibre conveyed the locomotive to the Battle Ground, Yacolt & Chelatchie Prairie Railroad Association back in 2002, and its been in storage at Yacolt since. It should be the first entry on their roster page:

The #102 also still exists, at last report stored out of service on the Dakota Southern in Chamberlin, South Dakota. Recent photographs suggest it may still be wearing full City of Prineville paint.
