Does that mean that MH 88, the chop-nosed GP9 that had been out of service for many years will be placed back in service (I was there a couple weeks ago and saw it being switched around dead), or that Mount Hood will get another locomotive, or they will have just the 02 (GP-38)?

I can't see them being a one-locomotive railroad since they do at times operate multiple trains on the line at once...and that would be a LOT of disappointed people who drove all the way to Hood River only to be told the locomotive broke down.
