Genset question

I heard from a fairly reliable source that BNSF no longer uses gensets regularly to switch the yard in Richmond, with the exception of one, which is leased to a switching outfit in the Honda yard. I hear the gensets have not been used regularly for the better part of a year now. Every time I've driven by there lately, an SD40-2 is doing the switching.
Does anyone have any details?
