There has to be more to this story. The WCRC/SOW/Temples have an excellent reputation in both operating trains and dealing with railroads. If the press reports are true, it seems that the shutdown was rather peculiar, especially for an operation with their reputation and concern for service. Maybe things are done different in Tacoma, it's certainly not the Renton neighborhood.
