Wow, more coal trains for Puget Sound, not via Redding to Eureka? You don't say?

No need or demand for a new line to haul coal to Eureka from Redding? Why not spend a billion or two to connect a lousy port with a location miles from the coal routes, when we have perfectly good coal ports with good rail access today that are unused?
