BNSF keeps a similar Regulator / Plow in Easton, WA., on the Stampede Sub. Like the Scenic plow, it is kept plugged in ( block heater ) for immediate use when required.
I'll have to look and see if the back - to - back spreaders / Snodozers have re-appeared in Auburn Yard yet. BNSF usually keeps a set there during the winter months.
