That's the spot - much enlarged with more trackage through the yard
then years past. The location according to Google Maps is just
East of the town of Strasburg and is known as "Ronks". That image
is of the Strasburg Rail Road's yards, shops and offices. Those
same shops have been contracted to work on equipment for UP and
even the Cumbres and Toltec, among many others.

Across the street is the renowned Pennsylvania Railroad Museum
housing a large collection of mostly PRR steam engines, though
not exclusively.

Incidentally - part of the PA grant included funds for this new
bridge at "Paradise" designed to better handle the heavier loads
anticipated.
