While at work Wednesday out in the field in unincorporated Orange County (essentially Anaheim) we were chatting about how to make tagger vandals suffer. One idea was to fashion a device to render their hands unusable. Think about the device which police attach to car wheels to make them unable to turn. Something like that on the hands would be great. Maybe the vandals might have to pee in their pants due to hands unable to work zippers or hold their own junk.
