Amtrak Dome in Pacific NW

Amtrak full-length dome lounge #10031 arrived in Seattle 11/28 on the Empire Builder. The car was deadheading right behind the power, along with a Horizon coach.

These cars will combine with the Horizon and Amfleet cars brought to Seattle for the Thanksgiving holiday extra trains for use on the annual "Snow Train" excursions to Leavenworth, Wash., on the BNSF line through Stevens Pass and Cascade tunnel.
