As mentioned in "Felton's" report above, "They are going to felton to rent a pit and do a 92 day inspection."

A requirement when doing a federally-mandated 92-day inspection is that the locomotive be placed over a pit to allow access under the locomotive. Since SC&MB currently has no pit, they arranged to use the one at Felton.
