I heard that the person who claims to own it (how he obtained it is, from what I know, questionable) has been told by UP to move it or lose it.

Unfortunately, this person is unlikely to do anything to prevent this. He's quite mercenary and also in trouble for storing other equipment on the UP.

If anyone know more details or different info, please feel free to correct.
