A few searches of what is available in RC helicopters show that flying time is under 10 minutes and distance about 100 feet. Maybe there are some high tech ones out there that didn't show up in my searchred. I also found this for about $360. Called a STORM Drone FF Flying Platform. But has the same range and time constraints as best I can tell.
