Nice shot of a clean Kodachrome unit, Drew.
The question mark is valid, as the lead unit # 9542 is actually an " SF30-C ". This was Santa Fe's attempt at rebuilding big GE Road units. The kicked out rear side hood doors are a spotting feature, as is the 95xx - series road number.
