Santa Fe at Bealville August 1990

With the mid-term elections approaching, George H.W. Bush was still scratching around trying to find at least a few of his "thousand points of lights" but the Governor of Arkansas was hoping to cut that search off. At the same time, August of 1990, ATSF GE U33C(?) #9546 was approching Bealville as it dropped down the grade into Caliente.
