There are two different events here.

The one I posted about is a Canadian company in trouble with the Canadian government for shipping American biofuels to Europe as Canadian. They could then avoid EU anti-dumping tariffs against the American products. (And make a nice profit.)

It is the same Canadian company charged with both frauds.
