Thanks for sharing your great site, you have done marvelous research. I eapecially liked your Alpine tunnel coverage, had not seen much written on it. It is not an easy location to access but definately worthwhile.
Two years ago I found Monarch Pass grade still drivable from Sargent east. CO has so much rail history to see, worth driving yearly from Oregon City.
I have done Hagerman tunnel from the east but have never seen info on accessing from the west. It appears accessible, any word?
