You know in Britian, they have crossing gates that come down as a hard like barrier covering both lanes of traffic on both sides of tracks. Yes. It would be expensive, but whats more expensive. Barriers or lawsuits. Or. We could have gates that come down, ten minutes before the train comes buy, then if you get wacked after that time, no lawsuit. Your just protecting Your interests. Bet that Railroad track was there before the town was.... just saying....
