The one thing about many railfans is that so many are so narrow-minded, they don't have a clue about other aspects of life. A good "military training film" is an old saying for a good military movie and this one happened to have a large portion of the film devoted to WWII era Italian and German steam train trains.

There were also some amazing views in the film of the railroad construction through the Swiss-Italian Alps.
