Excellent point. They did an absolutely terrible job in acting quickly, swiftly, and prudently. Precious minutes--lots of them--were wasted. One of the UP employees from the other train (or maybe it was the Amtrak engineer) finally used a cell phone to call 911--and 911 knew nothing about the crash. NOT GOOD.
