Background for the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle article about the Ames monument and the brothers

Their original business was making hand shovels and allied tools in eastern Massachusetts.
Suggest punching Ames True Temper into GOOGLE. The company in it's current form is using the Ames name on their products carried by Home Depot.

My Mother's Father's Father was a brass foundry foreman for the brothers in Canton, Massachusetts.
