Well, my proposal is to have the on-board crew perform sex acts on the passengers as a new way to generate revenue (this, in addition to turning all the rolling stock into billboards). Shall we set up a price schedule for the various acts to be performed? Should the prices be firm (no pun intended) or negotiable? What about reportable tips?

We could also make what are now free restrooms on the trains pay toilets.
