CORP Trackage in Oregon and Nor.California

Question: Is ALL of the CORP Trackage in Oregon and Northern California actually still OWNED by UPRR and "leased" to CORP ??? Or at some point after leasing from SP (a'la Calif Northern) did CORP finally purchase the trackage for themselves ???

This would include the Siskiyou Line in its entirety and ALL branches to and from !!
