Obviously you can't read. The bridge at La Selva Beach is OOS and trains are not permitted to cross until the bridge is repaired. How would Iowa Pacific bring in a passenger set.

Current estimate for bringing the line between Santa Cruz and Davenport up to Class 1 is $500K.
