Any Idea Where This Photo Was Taken?

The following link is from the digital format for RAILWAY AGE magazine and has a really cool photo of a UP freight on what I believe is the Craig Branch:

Can anyone verify this or identify where the photo was taken?

Were they making large shipments of pipe on the Craig Branch over the last few years?

Other than through RAILWAY AGE or UP, is this photo floating around anywhere else on the Internet? Can anyone identify the photographer?

It looks like a great place for a photo, but I've heard traffic levels are way down on the Craig Branch if that is, indeed, where the photo was taken.
