Around twenty years ago, when I was a member of PLA and their signal crew, the NCRY boys had the opportunity to obtain one of these signal bridges from the SP, I think from the Livermore area. But NCRY Gen. Mgr 'Dexter Day' wouldn't approve it because he was scared about people climbing on it. Oh well !
