note the word "should"---------------------:-) Thanks for pursuing this. Most interesting. As I said, the ads are in the local Monterey County papers and we have a large community of wealty retired people on the Monterey peninsula, Carmel area. Many of them have sadly recently lost big bucks in the real estate scams of the last few years. One of our most respected local ag business people ventured into major real estate development as an "aside" and crashed into unbelieveable flames, bankruptcy and total disaster. Very sad.
